5. Delivery and Shipping

NICOCCINO uses PostNord for deliveries. NICOCCINO is not responsible for ensuring deliveries are received.
Estimated delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 days from when NICOCCINO dispatches the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

For purchases made via the Website, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products where the packaging has been opened.
6.3
To cancel a purchase, the Customer must notify NICOCCINO within the withdrawal period by emailing info@nicoccino.se, stating their name, address, order number, invoice number, and product name.
6.4
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer pays for return shipping unless stated otherwise. The return must be made within 14 days from the withdrawal notice.

The Customer will be refunded the amount paid, including shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 14 days but may be delayed until the returned product is received.
7. Warranty and Complaints
